Given the artisanal nature of our work, we don't maintain a vast stock of items. Instead, we dedicate the time and attention needed to handcraft each piece with care and precision. While this means we may not have ready-made inventory, it ensures that every creation is imbued with the passion and commitment of our skilled artisans. Please allow up to 10 days for the meticulous crafting of your order, as we believe that the wait for a bespoke item is a testament to the craftsmanship and dedication invested in every piece that leaves our workshop. Your patience is greatly appreciated, and we are confident that the resulting product will be a reflection of the craftsmanship and attention to detail that defines our small business.

  Delivery 

 For your convenience, we entrust the shipping of our meticulously crafted pieces to the reliable services of USPS. Once you place an order online, a prompt receipt will be emailed to you,confirming your purchase. As we prepare your order with precision and care, rest assured that, upon shipment, a tracking number will be promptly sent to your email. This allows you to follow your package's journey and anticipate its arrival. We prioritize transparency in our process to ensure you stay well-informed every step of the way.  Returns & refunds 

As a made-to-order business, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. We understand that sometimes preferences may change, so we offer a 15-day return policy for unworn jewelry. Please note that we do not deal in preowned items, ensuring that each piece is uniquely crafted for you. Due to recent fraud, we can not reimburse any purchase of claimed jewelry not in the box, unless the box seal has been recorded when it is cut and the box is opened. Please make a video of opening the box for your security.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with us VIA email and we will send a return slip. Please fill out the return slip and carefully package your jewelry in the box it came in and ship it back to the return address. If it meets the criteria of being unworn and within the 15-day window, with our inspection and confirmation, we will issue a refund using the same payment platform you used for your purchase. Regrettably, items that show signs of wear cannot be resold, and therefore, we are unable to accept returns for such items. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our made-to-order creations.
